• Eisenhower Hall Theatre requires all audience members 12 years of age and older provide proof of vaccination and matching photo ID to enter Eisenhower Hall. Photo ID requirement can be waived for audience members ages 12-17 if they do not have one.
  
  
• Audience members ages 2-11 need proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours prior to entering.
  
  
• Additionally, everyone is required to wear a mask while indoors at Eisenhower Hall, at all times, regardless of vaccination or health status, unless performing onstage or actively eating or drinking.
  
  
• Accepted forms of vaccination proof include: Hard copy of vaccination card, Excelsior pass, SMART Health Cards issued outside of New York State, full-course vaccination through NYC COVID Safe app, a CDC Vaccination Card, official immunization record or other state or federally approved apps.
  
  
• At this time, we CANNOT accept a negative Covid test in lieu of vaccination proof for anyone ages 12 and older.
